DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you want a different size or color, send back your order for a refund, and make a new order. If you used a discount code and would like a different size or color, please email us at info@havahtribe.com to honor the discount.

RETURNS

Returns must be mailed back within 5 days of receiving a return confirmation. Email orders@havahtribe.com, subject line "return" and include order number to purchase your return label. Once we approve your return, we will offer you a return label or you can purchase one on your own. Cost of return label will be deducted from your refund.*Sale items are eligible for exchange only, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Excludes final sale items which can not be returned or exchanged.*All dresses purchased during the RUFFLE50 sale and were sold for 50% off are final sale and cannot be returned.All return must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original packaging, tags on, invoice and reason for return included.If 7 days have gone by since your order was placed, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Used items or items not returned in new condition can not be refunded or exchanged.Overseas shipping is never refunded. If an overseas customer received free shipping as part of a promotion and makes a return from the USA within 7 days, the amount of the initial shipping is deducted from the final refund. Returns shipped from abroad are not accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We process all returns withing 3-5 business days, and the amount usually shows up in your account withing 5-10 business days, depending on the bank. Refunds include the price of the garments minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refunded.* If Shipping was free, a shipping fee deduction will be taken from the total to cover the shipping cost if total order ends up being under $100. The deducted cost will be the amount it cost us to ship to you.

SPECIAL NOTES

*In the unlikely event of a damaged or faulty item, a claim must be reported within 5 days of receiving your items. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty item. However, if you have washed your garment contrary to the care label,the garment is no longer eligible for return. Only damaged goods that meet these requirements will be approved for return.*International sales are final. Please contact us if there is any problem. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Overseas customers who refuse shipment will not be refunded and can choose for items to be donated or shipped back to you at your expense.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
