Returns

 

We want you to look and feel awesome! It's our mission here at Havah Tribe to empower you to nurse as comfortably and sustainably as possible. Style and comfort are key. And we know not every purchase works for everyone. So while we are a mom and pop shop and returns are challenging, we are devoted to your happiness and want to work with you. Please help us help you by keeping to our guidelines. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. We want you to look awesome, Mamas!

 

Returns:

Didn't fit right? No worries at all! (You can totally size up or down.) Unwashed, unworn, unused items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase of a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). *Funds will be returned via original purchase method (credit/debit card, paypal, etc.)

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Sundrops purchased on sale or with a promotional code may not be returned.

Merchandise must be returned with labels and tags still attached and original packaging.  Products with tags cut off and mailed without ALL original packaging cannot be refunded fully. If you would like to schedule a return, please email us at info@havahtribe.com to arrange return. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

* If Shipping was free, a shipping fee deduction will be taken from the total to cover the shipping cost if total order ends up being under $100. The deducted cost will be the amount it cost us to ship to you. 

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We process all returns withing 3-5 business days, and the amount usually shows up in your account withing 5-10 business days, depending on the bank. Refunds include the price of the garments minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refunded.* ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SALE SUNDROP ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE*

Exchanges:

We all have different bodies so stuff fits differently on each of us and you probably just need a different size or cut. We'll be happy to send you a different item in exchange for your unworn unwashed garment. Please email havahtribe@gmail.com for details.

* Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received, at no additional shipping fee. However, if the replacement item is returned, we will deduct all back and forth shipping costs from the final return.

Special notes:

*In the unlikely event of a damaged or faulty item, a claim must be reported within 5 days of receiving your items. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty item. However, if you have washed your garment contrary to the care label,the garment is no longer eligible for return. Only damaged goods that meet these requirements will be approved for return.

*Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs returns. 

*International sales are final. Please contact us if there is any problem. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
